i found the hotel is a bit old fashioned and tired. the bathroom had some problems like dirty sealant around the edges and cracked tiles. its not what i expect from a hotel with this reputation.

the location was acceptable, being close to nearby restaurants..

this disturbance made relaxing difficult. additionally, the condition of the room seemed outdated. the tv had poor reception, and the wifi required a booster.

I was impressed by the common areas. They were very well maintained. The breakfast buffet offered many different, yummy choices. The quality from the spa salon was really good, and the staff was very attentive. The children enjoyed the ice cream and local treat 'Khanom Bueng'.

The room was dated. The floor was well marked, and the patio door from the bedroom was not easy to open or shut. The TV in the room was old and blocked off to only show the hotel's stuff.

The beachside restaurant provided a good Thai and Western menu with great friendly service. I got a chance to enjoy the newly opened Gingerfire with a variety of choices.

Our room had recently been renovated. It was on a high floor and had great views from the balcony. The rooms are genuinely nice. The spacious rooms have a renovated, vibrant, and energetic style.
